Hi lovely, I’m so glad you’re enjoying. The best suggestion I can give you is keep practicing on your body will adapt, your body is an amazing thing. If it bothers your wrist, you can always just do it with your hands on dumbbells.

I admittedly struggled to get through this one. Took a couple breaks, some audible sighs, my wife walked in and asked if I was ok lol. But I made it! And will be trying again soon to improve on it. Thank you!

Excellent job! How good and accomplished do you feel after completing something that’s difficult and challenging. And guess what, after every practice you get stronger, making the next practice even easier. The body is amazing. Love where you are and enjoy the journey!

I usually love your workouts - but this isn't HIIT. No rest in between exercises which is crucial for HIIT. Also I love it when you talk - it's so encouraging and motivating! All is not lost, I'm warmed up after doing the first 7 minutes (before I realised the real HIIT isn't coming) and now I'll go find one of my fave workouts of yours!! Yay - I do love your proper HIIT workouts with your gorgeous self encouraging me through the tough bits!! 😄😍

@@andreastephens123 Oh definitely Andrea! I absolutely love your workouts! I'm working out with you three times a week with your other HIIT workouts!! I re-read my comment and thought "oh rude the way I expressed that!". Sorry about that. I was trying to say it's not proper HIIT and for people like me wanting the magic that HIIT brings then this workout is mislabelled. But all good, I know you have lots of other true HIIT classes and I enjoy them so much! You're great!!

Being a teacer, I know how difficult it is to inspire and encourage people and mostly how important it is for others to acknowledge it! I also do your abs workouts, but only the parts that I feel I will not injure my knee! I am really looking forward to receiving new videos in the future. I have already subscribed!
