This is perfect - exactly what I needed and included excercises I was given by my specialist to assist in healing my lower back. Andrea you are so amazing! I love the video and I've been doing it every day, my back is feeling heaps better :) Would love to see another one with glute and core strengthening that maybe is a bit more intense however I think this would still help to tone over time... love love love!!! Keep it up!
