I got like 6 sets of those. Used daily in Mut railroading days. Used the slot on side if the head for cleaning up solid copper wires. Worked like a charm

I want to make french cleat system, would this saw be okay to cut the 45 angle? I don't really have a use or space for a bigger one.

Hi There, Yes, you can use this to rip the boards lengthwise. A table saw would work much better but if you use a straight edge to guide the fence of the saw it will work. Hope this was helpful!

@@AceHardware Thank you for your response. I actually caved and bought myself a battery Ryobi circular saw. A good compromise, I think, lol.

Very half-ass video. Tank isn’t even tightened down, just flopping around. Doesn’t make me want to go to “Ace” hardware.

Can't get these tubes out no matter what I do. They're turning, but not coming out of the slits. The ones in the video pop right out. I've tried shining a flash light into the slits hoping to see when the prongs are visible then I'll know to pull down but I'm not seeing the prongs. I have the same fixture - any helpful hints?

Can I also hire someone to put together the grill and hook it to my natural gas outlet?
@AceHardware
@AceHardware 23 сағат бұрын
Ace Rewards members get free assembly and delivery on grills $399 or more. Ask your local store about the natural gas connection and how they can assist or refer you to someone.

Took 4 minutes to explain how to use a riveter. I feel this will likely persuade anybody wanting to rivet something (very very simple) not to do it themselves.

How do you cook a pizza? I use an already made cauliflower pizza crust? Can you put it directly on grill? Thank you
@ChefJasonMorse
@ChefJasonMorse 6 күн бұрын
Hi Janie, the cauliflower crust can be a bit tricky. I would setup the Egg for indirect cooking and put the stone onto the grill grates. Cook at 450°F to prevent burning and make sure the crust is defrosted before building and launching the pizza. Lower and a bit slower with indirect heat and you should be set. Happy cooking, Chef Jason

This is so wrong! Fuel stabilizer left in the tank and carb over the summer forms a varnish that gums up the carb jets. The best thing you can do is, if you can get it, use gas with no ethanol in it…it’s usually premium gas. In the off season drain your gas tank and run the blower dry. You then need to use the drain bolt on your carb to drain the gas out of the bowl. Last thing…change your oil and then pull it over until the piston is at top dead center. Just don’t leave gas in the tank for the summer months.

You forgot the step of flushing the toilet after you turn the water supply off. Otherwise there’s going to be a tankful of water coming out. Also, and echoing @lousato1 below, my insurance company requires that the tank side nut be stainless steel, not plastic.

Ice damming is caused by 2 things…inadequate insulation is one. The other is most often overlooked and dismissed and that’s ventilation. I used to get bad ice dams and massive icicles. Hasn’t happened once since I had a ridge vent installed. They aren’t cheap but I don’t think they’re horribly expensive compared to heating cables which will make your electric bill skyrocket.

Lou ought to be ashamed to promote such an unsafe device. He knows better but money talks, you know, and he is paid by Ace. Suction cup bars are just fine for wash clothes and small towels but one should NEVER rely on one for support.

Any suggestions on what to do for a mouse that steals the peanut butter and doesn’t activate the trap??
@AceHardware
@AceHardware 11 күн бұрын
A couple ideas for you. Put less on the trap, if the bait is too large it's grabbing it and going. Instead small smear a small amount of peanut butter on the trap. Next, place the trap against the wall or a corner. You want to limit their angle of approach. Good luck!

All good advice except, I wouldn't throw the mose trap away, I reuse them. Lift the bar let the dead mouse fall into the trash, take it out of the house so it doesn't stink. Good to re-use!

@ the process all was faster than I expected. I think I pulled off a tad late, and left it on a tad too long at 450 so I could get a better sear. Results were medium well, to well done. But was still vet tender and VERY tasty. Will adjust next time and can’t wait :). Thanks for the tips!!!
