Thoughts on the Canyon. First the last thing I want on an adventure machine is more electronics and sensors and crap. The bags are good, they look like what was on the F3 police models. ground clearance could be a bit better. Skid plate is a plus. The passenger seat does not look comfortable. They should of fully enclosed the belt. Yes, it can be done. Yamaha did it in the 80s with a fully enclosed oil bath chain drive on the XV920J. If I ever get my hands on a dead F3 Ill build it up. 3" lift, full skid plate. semi enclosed belt (already got that one figured), a tune for the computer that would allow slightly larger all-terrain tires (think BF Goodrich TA radials), lastly tow hitch with an off-road type coupler. Little trailer has 8" of ground clearance, the Spyder needs to match it.

Just bought a f3 this year. I got the after market swingarm to lower the brake peddle so I don't have to lift my foot as high. it's lower angle makes it so much nicer.

The number one turn off about the can am line up is the up-cost , they want thousands of dollars just to make it comfortable ,and complete ! I don’t like that attitude with any company . This idea that I need to spend an extra $ 10,000 + $ just to be safe !!! Not counting the cost of extended warranty insurance . Which is unbelievable !!! Nice looking product 👍 but show it to me when it’s crossed 500,000 miles and only cost the buyers and not buyer say $ 15,000 out of pocket . Show it to me then .

I hear what you are saying. The aftermarket accessories are so unique to every rider. Spyder owners don’t accessorize the way Ryker owners do etc. It’s not “necessary” to add anything to the can ams, but people love making their ride unique. Just personal choice.

@PHANTOMLEDZ_LIGHTING2 күн бұрын
@darrelle321able it would take multiple people to push over 500 lbs on a trailer. Remember, a thief's objective is to get an easy target quick and easy. The bike thieves are taking on a trailer are the 2 wheel bikes.

Hello, I'm the inventor of this product. To answer all questions, The device automatically activates when the bike shuts off. You don't have to press the lock button for it to activate. The other nice feature is that if you are in traffic and someone forces you off your bike, or you're talking to some friends and someone gets on your bike while it is on, You can shut it down from over 170ft. Thieves can't easily access this device and a thief won't even know you have it. The bike cannot be hotwired. Even if a thief hot wires your bike The traditional way, no thief will sit there to try and figure out why your bike isn't starting, because their objective is to get an easy steel, to make fast money. It is the most effective, and the first real anti-theft device on the market. Over 4500 bikes are stolen each year, which includes Rykers and Spyders. Bikes are easier to steal than cars, because cars have doors that you have to get past first before stealing it. Another nice feature is if you lose one of your key fobs, you can clear the system and simply reprogram the other key fob that you have. No one else's key fob can work on your bike. You spend so much money on your bike, why not protect it from the people who don't deserve it? Thank you all for watching, and great video Beth!

@RykerRydes3 күн бұрын
Approx 170ft
@bronzestarvue4 күн бұрын
I would think the main problem with an anti-theft device like that is the limited range of the remote, plus you have to be aware that it's being stolen. I've never put anti-theft devices on any of my bikes, other than a disc lock. But I'd opt for a hard-wired kill switch as my first option.
@duaneh19734 күн бұрын
I agree. Tucked somewhere only you know where it is at.
@BlackVentions4 күн бұрын
It's not a problem. Remember, the bike won't start at all once the bike is off. The only way to start the bike is if you have the key fob, so it's genius! If your bike is on and you get bikejacked in traffic or something, you can shut it off. It's nice knowing your bike can't be hotwired at all. This works way better than any wheel Lock, it's the only real anti-theft device out there.

I looked at the website when they first announced it, but its too expensive and I honestly don't like the looks. It looks boxy almost a lego look to it. I wish they designed it a little noces in the front to me. Its kind of nice as far as being built stronger but I don't like the way it looks at all. I wouldn't buy it. If someone sold it to me at 1/3 the price the first thing I would do is find a body shop and have them rebuild the body so it has a nice less boxy look to it. But as it, I don't like it.
