I never understood. Why in the world did this guy bring a robot known for killing nazis to a congregation of nazis?

This fight shows that Circe doesn't care about her army of neckbeards. She sees one fly through a building, and instead of using her magic to easily catch the guy, she lets him fall and die.

Broke: GI is very complex. He was programmed to kill Nazis, yes, but he has some sentience and has therefore associated killing Nazis with camaraderie amongst his fellow soldiers. It's not that he likes to kill Nazis, he's just learned to associate it with feelings of friendship and belonging and hasn't had a chance to develop his own feelings on the matter. We shouldn't attribute his actions to actual ideology, but instead view it as a yet to be fully formed character that will hopefully grow as the show goes on Woke: Nazis are bad and it's good when the robot kills them

GI did nothing wrong. He was deactivated for decades, getting passed around for companies to use him for research, left to dust and then killed a bunch of pseudo nazis. Then got arrested. Jesus

Why does a song about a dildo fit so perfectly?
@pavarottiaardvark34313 күн бұрын
Because it's about an idealised man who doesn't think or act outside of a narrow set of his controllers desires. The singer of Coin Operated Boy wants a lover, but real lovers come with baggage and fear and ideas of their own. This metaphor extends very easily to soldiers. What generals want is not a full person: they want a killing machine who doesn't think or act outside of what their officer wants them to do. GI Soldier is a Coin-Operated Boy. Not one built for sex, but for killing.

It’s kinda stupid that they tried GI as a MAN and sentenced him to prison for gunning down a room of neo-nazis(yeah they weren’t threatening him or anything, but they were still practicing nazi ideals)

Well yeah, that's kinda the point I think. He was built for the greater good of killing Nazis, but was unjustly punished for killing Nazis again just because they weren't perceived as much of a threat anymore.

As a fan of pac man I say that I hate this episode because it’s too dark and edgy and that is totally not the pac man I know in love the pac man I know wouldn’t kill a person and that is why I prefer pac man and the ghostly adventures (the one I grew up with on KZbin)

You know… Sam seemed like a pretty reasonable and laid back guy. It’s clear he was misguided and manipulated into being apart of a hate group who fed off his loneliness and need to belong somewhere. Perhaps with some persuasion he could’ve seen what he had chosen to be apart of was wrong. But GI Robot is a soldier, and soldiers know how to eliminate problems even if they’re not the most ethical and make tough calls in the moment. You could tell GI didn’t “want” to kill Sam, but ultimately felt he had to because there was no other option. Sam was a Nazi, and in GI’s book, he had to go no matter what. Not because he’s a mindless machine, on the contrary, he has the power to make his own choices. He chooses to kill Nazis because he understands that they are evil and what they believe is evil. Not just because he was simply “built” for it. What GI wants is irrelevant, he said this himself, his purpose is to kill Nazis so he CHOOSES to fulfill his purpose because he knows it’s right.

I like how this went from his programing to his calling in life. And you can thank the soldiers he fought alongside with in WW2 for this. It's clear that the troops he thought alongside had a positive impact on him.
