Isn’t it just! Glinda the ‘good’ (hmmmmm) is played so well in this movie. She’s an icon of a character thanks to Ari’s utterly brilliant portrayal. She’s played her perfectly imo. Such a funny moment.x

The newspaper scene wasn't very interesting after a few seconds, but it's impressive looking and it must have taken so much time and effort (and money!). I get why it was cut, but I can understand how hard it would be to put in so much work and then not even use something. :( They made the right choice cutting out that monkey scene...

I kinda knew from when she booked "Glinda", there would still be that little spark of "Cat" in her with the quirkiness, awkwardness, and her childlike bits...... the screaming and how she waves her hands. I really appreciate that we're all coming together as a Fandom to appreciate these Wicked deleted scenes. So many of them are so grounded and real that I feel sad that they're not in it. Well recognised! I’m so happy they got something in from Return to Oz. Although it isn’t as fondly thought of as the original, it was a hugely favourited movie of mine growing up. Apparently it got a lot of stick for being so scary, for a Disney movie. And let’s face it…it’s a bit scary for a children’s movie, what with ECT ‘therapy’ on children, the exchangeable heads and so forth! lol. But I’m so pleased you picked up on the Wheelers! Gosh I’m gutted it didn’t make the cut. And sad for the cast and crew of RTO. It would have been so nice to have that in, but let’s face it, regardless, this movie is an absolute masterpiece, one of my favourite ever movies now. Hope you enjoyed it too.x
