Nope practice pens are a waste good rides are made as you go and you wanna cash in on em before your hurt. Cowboy up and go all this schooling and training like its a sport is ridiculous its rodeo take your cowboying skills and get after it

Look up Korbin Baldwin, he holds practice pens and what not in Whitefish Montana. He’s even got a website now, Baldwin Bucking Bulls

I did this when I first started. At 24 I first started thinking I didn't have time. Boy was I wrong. Now I'm 27 back to square 1 and working fundamentals and now starting to see progress. If you're reading this and you're older don't let it discourage you. It doesn't matter when you start. It matter that when you start that you do it right

When i first started riding, it felt better using my left hand. After my brother-in-law watched me a few times, he suggested i try riding right-handed. He said when I went right-handed, my body naturally aligned better. Definitely try both.

Yes, with fewer hits and rough tumbles, your vest will last longer. If you leave it on the shelf, its lifespan can be indefinite until you start using it more.
