Thank you Anne. That`s very interesting, you have a wonderful set of start up habits. I`m a believer in a similar start although mine is more basic although does include exercise which after many years i`m still a strong habit. Thank you again.

is it truth that the portion of grains and nuts can be measured by size of hand? And how naturally can measure oils, fruits and veggies for human individually needs? Another questions is whether it is possible to be sure of the health of the stomach and intestines only by monitoring the absence of negative symptoms (or is it better to do a systematic endoscopy and how often?)?

It's a great way to accomplish James Clear's discovery that "the people with the best self‑control are typically the ones who need to use it the least. It’s easier to practice self‑restraint when you don’t have to use it very often. So, yes, perseverance, grit, and willpower are essential to success, but the way to improve these qualities is not by wishing you were a more disciplined person, but by creating a more disciplined environment." This is from his bestselling book Atomic Habits. It's so true!

No medical research to back the cholesterol info you indicated as fact. Please do some research on your own. The info is incorrect and may lead people to believe the rhetoric that supports people consuming harmful cholesterol medication.

Why would you want to do that when most of them are high in oxalates? Which are toxic to the human body, including chia seeds!

The best part about this video, i think, is that you are not just reading something off-screen with fancy illustrations. You are talking your heart out, and that's how education needs to be provided. Thank you for this.
