Premix the spices in advance. For example; 3 tbl Tumeric, 1/4 tp cinammon, 3 tbl ginger, 4 tbl cardommon,, 1/4 tp clove (perhaps about 1+ weeks worth of mixture). When ready each morning, add a tp of the mixture to the warm water ... adjust quantity to learn what taste works best for you. At this point, sprinkle in black pepper or honey. Premix can be so convenient and therefore more encouraging to a routine.

I was surprised to see you add BBQ sauce when you're a wellness channel. I make my own baked beans with cannellini beans, canned tomatoes, paprika, onions, garlic and a little bit of cayenne pepper. So good! No need for bottled sauces full of numbers and sugar.

i bad breath started with gum disease and i didn't start treatment early enough until my saliva because soar even after brushing my tooth, then i developed bad breath and i was living with it for 23 years. I tried so many remedy but it was not working until i came across DR.OBAEDO on KZbin who helped me get rid of this problem totally with his herbal medication.❤

thanks for the video I eat alot of them and i would say when you dont have the energy to make food you just put on a pot and let them boil its perfect no effort at al and when it comes to lentil soups i would say red ones fit whit lemon oregano cayene pepper salt and veggie broth and kumin and a little bit of honey in it whit some crackers on the side and some greek yougurt on top you wont get bored if you try difrent dishes al the time just include them God bless.

I read that it's also maybe very good for our tongue if we put some tootpaste and butter on cigarettes and smoke one after the other before finally scraping impurities away with a warm, edged piece of hard plastic. But I think they're have only been a few studies and it may not by accepted as a fact by the medical community just yet.

Nope, always go., with fat for feeling very full for hours and most importantly for feeding the brain with desperately needed fat. Non fat diets not only starve the brain but can cause the brain to shrink, (Atrophy) stay away from all seed oils. Meat fat, pork fat, coconut oil, mct oil, avocado oil, and real grass fed butter are so natural and healthy. Ditch man made rancid seed oil for ever and they are always hiding in possessed junk foods. All Sugar is the devil 😈

Dear Dr Ann, greetings from England. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with everyone. It is wonderful to discover a fantastic array of healthy foods - and to be aware of things to avoid. I wish to ask please: sometimes I buy ready-prepared salads (all made with fresh ingredients), they come with a separate small tub of dressing. Should one discard the dressing and prepare one's own do you think? This question also applies to stir fries - again, very good quality ingredients that can be purchased with a separate sauce to add to the wok. Is it best not to purchase the packaged sauce and instead prepare a home-made version knowing the ingredients one uses. Thank you so much for your tireless commitment to promoting the importance of healthy eating so closely linked to our wellbeing. Love your videos.
