If a man is squashed in the forest and no one else is there, does he make sound?😂

All the salt is for electrolytes because when you're following keto/carnivore you're supposed to drink a lot of water. ***I personally am drinking a gallon of water a day.

How long did it take for your body to adjust to the coldness? Looks like it's be very refreshing on a very hot day! Enjoy! 😍

It was like 15-20 seconds to get over the shock, it was very refreshing and felt so calming! I stayed in for 4 minutes and Barry stayed in for 5! It was great!

You are doing great. I like that you are so open and authentic about your ups and downs, it really helps people relate, none of us are perfect, but the mindset to get right back on Carnivore and know it is healing you is a wonderful thing. I respect you for it, i am on a similar journey with it and can relate a lot. Good luck to you.

Thank you, no one is perfect and it is truly about healing your body! "I get knocked down, but I get up again, you are never gonna keep me down,"-Chumbawamba 🤣 literally comes to mind. Thank you so much for your kind words. I pray the best for your journey as well, you got this!!

Hello! Wonderful video! Keep it up. You are doing great! Each time to slip off it's a reminder of why you don't want to. Eventually you will get the hint and the slip ups will just fade into the past. Also, remember to look up Dr Berry and PCOS and other vids along those lines. As Woman you need to make sure you are prioritizing fatty, meat. Do that and you will be an even more happy carnivore. Can't wait to see more of your journey.

Thank you so much! I love Dr. Berry's videos. I have been doing a lot of research and will definitely keep that reminder in the back of my head that every slip up is a reminder of why I don't want to. Thank you so much for your kind words! I truly appreciate it!

Did you know that can happen if you have long hair? Will wrap around fingers and toes. I didn't believe it til my third baby. One hair got wrapped around his toe. He didn't lose it because i saw it soon enough.

I have seen that about long hair!! I'm so glad you caught it in time as well, it's such a scary thing to experience.

So that’s a start! What did you follow with for your next meals? Genuine question here, I’m interested in knowing! How did you feel ? We’re you satisfied? Not hungry? Enough energy?
@JaimesHealthJourneyАй бұрын
Satisfied, ate other carnivore meals, so beef, butter, bacon, eggs and I ate dairy. I had a ton of energy I also worked out a good bit as well. My hormones were also healed eating this way and my cycles were regulated. I need to do a full video when I can find the time.

This is amazing!!! The Carnivore diet got me pregnant! And I am feeling so much better, doing Ketovore now though! :)
@JaimesHealthJourney10 ай бұрын
Congratulations!!! My hormones have been healed, I was having issues and anovulatory cycles up until last month when I had been on Carnivore...I finally ovulated middle of last month. It was the longest I've ever gone without my fertility returning and when you're following NFP thats hard to track things. So my hormones are exactly where they should be now and no more cysts, I had a huge one on my right side that went away I never had pain from it thankfully! God led me to the carnivore diet and I'm so thankful I listened.
