450g bread tin you say but 572 g total dough weight 🤔 but dough fills less than half of tin. That tin look much bigger than 450g?

Thank you for sharing the receipe. Tried doing it , very good. The only flaw i had was when i pressed onto the mould, the cake came out rather flat. Wondering is it because of the mould size or anyone can tell me.

Hello! Though it sounds hard, the weight of each dough should be exactly 50.0g in order to perfectly fit in the mould! 😎

What is strong flour and soft flour?

Strong flour is protein content 13-14% whereas soft flour is below 10%

Some all purpose flour has a protein content like 13-14%, if so it is okay to use for baking bread. 😉

How long do you allow the bread to cool before you cut it?

Normally the bread needs to be fully cool in order to be easily cut into slices 🫶 it may take 1-1.5 hours depending on the room temperature ❤️

You have a stand mixer but made it by hand is that because you wanted to show it could be done without a machine or because you think its gives a better end product? I think the machine on slow would be a good choice for making these.

May I know what type of flour did you use? Sometimes the protein content of flour decides the texture of bread too. My flour has around 13.3% protein.

Hello Dee, Thank you very much. The length of my baking tray is around 40cm. If you are not too sure, you may try to reduce the amount to 0.8-0.9! Please let me know if you like the recipe afterwards! Look forward 🥰
