I love the color of those walls. I don't like a lot of light colors, especially for interiors; I feel that darker colors makes the rooms more cozy... sometimes!🫣

The reason your little dog likes your furniture is because dogs have to chew for the comfort or their teeth. It is their nature to chew get her some kind of bone or some kind of rawhide, a pet store or even Walmart. And I assure you both you and your pet will be much happier and you’ll save your furniture.❤ Good luck.

Nice but its very New York. Decades ago I said on returning home I wanted to hang myself when at the Carlton Arms Hotel because of the decor. My own flooring had been zanily striped therefore by trespassers ir tenants before I reassessed the hotel on a subsequent stay but I still some days dont feel so good because of the flooring and other added details in my small flat in suburban London.

Your bedroom gallery wall table has this blue and white vase. Do you know the Chinese character mean “double happiness”. Which is used for weddings. Your bathroom is lovely. Do keep the bath tub curtain open. It’s will expand the place and will feel less claustrophobic. Thank you for sharing your home.

That foyer is nothing to write home about and she talks about it 15 min... this house is really nothing special and it wouldn't be anything notable if it was in Edinburgh or Glasgow, but she think's she's someone because she lives in a NYC Townhouse... how sad.

Why the title of the video states the house also belongs to Kate Spade? I think it only belongs to Frances Valentine's family. I know titles tends to be catchy, but they should be more accurate... If you want to mention Kate Spade, I am sure there will be another way to do it better.
