I could see 4 cameras in a meting scenario streamed to KZbin where you have a background and 4 moderators, maybe not even local. So, there is a use case for this. However, your audience is not going to be doing 4 pip. If you have one main camera and one PIP (such as a pocket radar mevo go), does the pixel have the same ghosting effects? Or, can we say it is simply the 4 pip in the program view?

We are using the plus for church service streaming. Video quality is not that good but that might be a lighting issue. We have a mixing board for sound. Is there are good computer program to mix the Mevo video and the mixing board sound? Do you recommend a better inexpensive camera system?
@LynkSpyder2 ай бұрын
Certainly lighting is a major issue (and one we don't deal a lot with in the baseball/softball world, with the exception of night games). Your biggest issue is that while the sensor in the Plus is 4 times as large, it is also quite a bit older than the sensor in the Start. And the Start is a 4 year old camera. That's a lot working against you, unfortunately. As far as other cameras, about the only other option I can recommend is a smartphone with a decent camera in it. As far as interfacing with your board, as well as possible other camera options, I would check out @JasonHoffmanYT . He is a pastor in Texas that does extensive testing on many devices, especially for use in places of worship. Keep in mind, he may suggest several cameras that I would not personally recommend. We take hard line against companies that are solely owned and made in a particular off shore nation. Yes, most electronic devices are made in that particular region. However, if both the software and hardware are controlled within that region, it means you may have to load software on your phone or computer that may not have domestic oversight. That's not a line we are willing to cross. Unfortunately, it always crosses off the most economically viable solution from our list. I hope this makes sense and is helpful.

Go to your app store and check both apps (Mevo and Mevo MultiCAM) to make sure you are using the latest version. Upgrade if needed. 3.) If you have only tried one app (single or multi) be sure to try the other. 4.) If all else fails, uninstall the app(s) and reinstall. That should clear any stored credentials to FaceBook. 5.) Lastly, if you were previously a group and created a Page to get around the new change, FaceBook now requires a "presence". That means it will take time and a following before you will be able to stream to the page. If none of these options help, let us know and we will continue to walk with you through the issue.

I'm having an issue lately with my new iphone 14 Pro getting it close enough to fence so that i can get a good field of view without the fence in the picture. A lot of fence mounting rigs keep it too far away to not get the fence in the shot, while utilizing all of the lenses. Any solutions to this?
@LynkSpyder Жыл бұрын
I think the first thing to keep in mind is that there really isn't a single position you can place the phone on the fence and run through the range of all of the zoom capability of multi lens smartphones (IE: iPhone 13/14 and Google Pixel 7). This is because, as you probably know, at certain points of the range, the phone will bounce between different lenses. As these lenses are in multiple physical locations, the point of view will change. What we recommend to do is, place your phone up against the fence (without a mount) and set your composition. Adjust zoom, focus if used, and angle until you get the shot you want, without fence in the shot. Once that is done, you can mount your camera to the fence and physically move it's location until you repeat the manual position. The next step is to make sure the clamp you use to hold your phone is mounted in such away as to allow it to get close enough to the fence. In short, this usually means the "meat" of the clamp is on the LCD side of the smartphone. We have a video where we talk about this in more detail: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIKXo4xmptmEd8k
