Half hour of Inoue working at 20% and easily beating everyone. Very very enjoyable to also see the club Judokas stepping up to have a go. Some of the green belts were well enthusiastic which did open them up to foot sweeps. Thanks for uploading!

31:10 Just tonight in class my coach was telling me to do Inoue's spinning Uchi mata because I am always the shorter one. He said don't bother with the traditional Uchi mata if you are shorter, it's too hard to pull off.

Back in the day when all MMA fighters were tough...... Both Ring and Mahood are legends and pioneers for MMA in western Canada. Even Jason in Bill’s corner, not quite the mma career Bill had but played a huge part in sharing the sport with everyone

Bill did our garage ceiling insulation quote at my house. Nice enough guy. Had all my various heavy bag speed bag BRBAS set up etc. He never took a swing or kick. Never said a word. Mind you im 280.
