yea i remember this game very very very well i rememeber when i was 8 i sawe it at premiere video's and i reserved this game for one day and thats all it took one day to see if it'll be fun but no this game cheats you out like no tomorrow the AI is a complete asshole and it makes you its bitch when you lower the enemy AI to the low life bar this game is just awful but nostalgia thats all i can backup for it nostalgia and i guess i can say a classic but this game is pure shit and the AI is cheap

What?! This was a good game man I mean I'll admit I'm a Dick Tracy fan and yes it had nothing to do with the classic film that starred the Legendary Al Pacino and Mr. Warren Beatty but still I loved this game. And yes you can't shoot the unarmed henchmen. Personally I'd give this game a 3 outta 5.

That was my point. It's a simple game so the discretion exercised within reality doesn't apply. Nobobdy is gonna let theirselve be battered then shot with their own gun. They are gonna cap the jerk until he hits the floor. If he dies... too bad. fatality would be the consequence of his own stupidity. As for the game. I passed a few cases but it soon pissed me off. Dodging the random bullshit on the maps is more difficult than the rest of the game.
