Road to Romance (48 Hour Film Project 2023 - San Diego)

This Romantic Comedy was made for the 48 Hour Film Project San Diego. This is Lime Street Entertainment's and Schmitt Films first entry to that competition.
Starring Ashley Cordelia, Eileen Chase, and Ayla Feren, it tells of the story of a podcast female who is in her own bubble and the others convince her to branch out.
Eileen Chase plays Fiona Fischer, who was the required character for this competition. Chase is best known at the Dancing Whoopi Cushion from America's Got Talent. She is an actress and singer and starred in many Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Projects. In this project, she also wrote most of the screenplay. Today also happens to be her Birthday. Ayla Feren plays Fiona's know-it-all younger sister. Feren is a young film and theater actress who appeared in a few Dhar Mann videos, like fellow young actress Isabella Fowler. She too contributed to the screenplay. She was also featured in the film Roswell Delirium. Here is her website.

Ashley Cordelia plays Fiona's Outgoing best friend Mandy Carmax. Cordelia also directed, co-wrote and co-produced the project. All of the music tracks in this short film are all written by her. Cordelia has appeared in the film Mermaid Down, and almost every Lime Street Film we produced here. You can find all her music tracks on almost every major platform. I did all the other crew positions on this film, including DP, Editing, Sound, Lighting, and even a voice over role.
