This brings out 2 things: Poise is viable even to none poise id, as long as they can feed ryoshu the necessary component for EGO RUPTURE SOCIETY WILL BE SAVED. WE WILL GET THUNDERBRANCH EGO GIFT

Honestly i think Thoracalgia is my favorite new thing from the Check Up event. It's very easy to get the resources for it (Nellyshu alone can fund it), the extra crit damage is nice but Nebulizer B is very fun to mess around with. It basically makes most poise comps aside from BL and Full Stop actually be able to generate poise outside of MD, and it even helps out Bloise since neither Pequod trio or the other bloise ids can generate poise that well for their effects. It basically does for Poise what Sanguine Desire did for Bleed outside of MD, just without the hassle of having to use it every single time. I really like it.

This also opens a possiblity of other teambuilding that relies on mini EGO gift via EGO Passive. Example includes mini thunder branch for rupture, mini broken compass for sinking, and the list goes on

BL teams already generated Poise easily enough since BL Don and Kimsault were introduced (and the Full-Stops gain quite a bit quickly as well), but the EGO is a nice way to build it up even quicker.

Yeah, Project Moon has genuinely been cooking with most of the recent content. Lots of otherwise bad poise IDs (because they couldn't generate enough poise) become actually usable with this E.G.O for story content. I hope this trend will continue and we will see more ego like this, as well as more IDs with interesting gimmicks.

And the joke might be this is exactly the reasoning behind the design of both egos and superbia Allow for creating Dungeon-ish environments for some teams that really could use it Hence, very lite Glimpse of Flame EGO might be a thing in the future
