Generally yes, it's not a rule tho. Ebony Stem corrosion's also positive coin, so is Faust's Hex Nail, both Lasso's, Gregor's AEDD, even Rime Shank's. Fun fact Corroded Carmilla can roll higher with conditions compared to awakening (29 Vs 34)

This also happens with the supposed rule that all corrosions target randomnly. The Telepole EGOs corrosions for some reason do not in fact target randomnly (or at least Telepole Don does, idk if the other ones do)

Shi Association's gimmick is having conditionals at 50% HP or lower like getting Final Power, more poise or straight up getting attack weight and extra coins. """Honorary Shi"" are just IDs that generally just want to stay at low HP like N Corp Meursault removing debuffs from himself and getting 3 Protection or Harpooner Heathcliff getting up to double damage. As a meme we extend that scope to any ID that has a 50%/25% HP conditional like, mentioned in another comment, Dieci Yi Sang gets coin power on S3 at less than 50% HP, lantern don reuses a coin on her S3 at less than 50% HP, Zwei Gregor gets 3 more defense level up below half HP, Base Ishmael gets 1 clash power below 25% HP, etc.

i love the "Dont ever do that again" id. his base attacks suck tho. Also, why does Mircalla have such dogshit rolls? It's an EGO for gods sake. It rolls as high as a skill 2 on a 000 id, skill 3 if you're feeling generous.
