Thanks Chris, really like your content, also on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Learning. How's your band? I got a kick out of reading one of your PSSSs in your newsletter. You earned some "very cool" points.

I remember being on an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) course many years ago, about how to manage incoming IT problem "incidents" & there was a big emphasis on establishing impact (to the organisation as a whole) vs urgency. If an incident kept recurring it was then escalated to problem management. I suppose that's a filter to establish if something is both urgent and important.

Being as this could be my first EV I do have one question. This is based on finding chargers on the go; I test-drove a Tesla and a Polestar2 and both used the inbuilt satnav to find charge stops and state if they were busy or not. Excellent! This is important as we don't want to be planning charging stops before we set off on our long trips (Spain etc). How does it work with this car please?

it's easy to say, but difficult to apply. i think there are some people who have a point of strengths which is that their thoughts are able to affect their emotions. it's an important skill requires believe and deep confident.

Yes, Terry probably is the natural default state if we don’t think too hard or make too much effort in how we manage people. But of course we can do better than Terry!

i have heard you once said that " i wish i have invented the drama triangle" i think you can invent something about answering the question. where likes and dislikes settle at the end?, as you know, like and dislike are energy

Likes go to bad people, and dislikes are being charged on the account of the god😁

when I was a child, our neighbors were not patient with me when I played football. Now they have children, and I feel the urge to take revenge. I can cope with my past experience, but I ask myself, "Why should I tolerate their child and be patient with them?" This stresses me even more. I wonder how our likes and dislikes are influenced by our subconscious and how these feelings can pass through generations.

Sometimes I have the ability to cope with situations, but I say, "Why should I spend my attention, time, and energy on these small things?" I have developed a mechanism to think of it as a signal from the universe, encouraging me to understand it. this is one of benefits of religion and metaphysic

the problem is that, people with great idea . 1- needs time to present the background of issue and why do they thing differently, i think this is an obstacle in addition to the fact that 2- great idea is usually wierd and it needs a trusted background to present it. so i think MBWA could be a way but it's not the optimal way, MBWA once a year couldn't create this trusted relationship

"This trait is widely embedded in our subconscious as 'treat them mean to keep them keen.' This idea can be connected to fundamental scientific principles. For example, the second law of thermodynamics states that energy systems tend to move towards a state of disorder or randomness, indicating that everything naturally progresses to a lower energy state. Similarly, Newton's first law of motion states that an object at rest remains at rest, and an object in motion remains in motion at a constant velocity unless acted upon by an external force. Both principles reflect the inherent tendencies within systems, whether they be physical or behavioral."
