Terry Dacktill on insecurity

Terry has his usual extreme views on how to be a good boss, and I for one do NOT agree with him. but it 's a free country so I'll let him have his say.... I do hope your boss isn't like Terry!

Yes, Terry probably is the natural default state if we don’t think too hard or make too much effort in how we manage people. But of course we can do better than Terry!
