Writer setup the IPC, welt himeko march dan heng, Firefly, Aventurine, etc, in Penacony, and they're just gone completely during v2.2 into plot armor with Acheron, carrying everybody. And now with v2.4 training march 7th for the wardance in v2.5 and she's just gone. v2.5 stealing Luofu's attention and the entire purpose in the wardance entirely, and that somehow benefitted Luofu's reputation when they wanted to see what kind of power Jingyuan used to deal with Phantilya but he never took part in the wardance competition + they only invited randoms for an event that traditionally only invite strong warriors from around the worlds. I don't think people are praising HSR anymore, since the lost of interest in that game happened quick after v2.2, but just wanted to call it out.

I just seen you picked to save the civilians with the Fatui and the mother and daughter. If you picked the other one later you go back and see the mother dead. They didn't show the daughter 😢

To let you know that the ones that you don't choose to save, for example, the first choice between the residential area and the messager, they die. I know because my son plays too and we both picked different routes and I seen people on his that didn't survive on mine and vice versa. Actually the messager and my traveler became friends which he becomes the messager you speak with at the stadium

To answer your question about the Seeilie's origin. It was mentioned by Arama (Aranara from Aranara Quest) That seelie's same as the other Ancient Civilization was cursed and destroyed by Celestia. They aren't allowed to fall inlove with a human and if they do, their body will regress.

Just to clear up a few things Professor: 1: No, not all of the Harbingers are from Khaenri'ah - The only two that we KNOW are from Khaenri'ah are Pierro and Capitano. Non-pure blooded Khaenri'ans were all either killed or cursed into becoming hilichurls and those of pure-blood or nobility were doomed with immortality which is how Dain, Pierro and Capitano are still alive though how Pierro and Dain appear to not "rot" like Capitano does is unknown. We also saw the Harbingers in the Winter Nights Lazzo cinematic and only Pierro had the trademark eyes that all Khaenri'ans appear to possess. Technically Arlecchino is a descendant of Khaenri'ah but shes a descendant of the dynasty that preceded the one that fell 500 years ago and is supposedly unaffected by the cataclysm. 2: Think of ley lines as rivers of memory and energy throughout teyvat, normally flowing in all directions - now imagine a big meteor crashes into the earth and leaves a big crater that rivers flow into and form a lake - thats essentially what happened to Natlan and this "lake" is the Night Kingdom. As such, that much memory and energy being directly "beneath" Natlan means that Natlan is incredibly sensitive to changes to the Night Kingdom and making such drastic changes as Capitano or the Lord of the Night Kingdom mention would essentially erase the identity of Natlan from the world. It would completely alter the people, their memories, their cognition, everything to where even if you could repopulate the now supposed repaired nation, an entire generation of Natlan may as well all collectively have died along with the entire history of Natlan. Natlan would be reset to a wild land of ruins and savages at best for decades or even centuries. 3: Mavuika can't just make new rules and memories - the rules governing the ley lines and the night kingdom are far beyond the power and abilities of the Archons or an Elemental Sovereign like Neuvillette; this is a magic that can only be altered by the Primordial One (Heavenly Principles) or its Shades OR possibly the Loom of Fate. Mavuika could use the powers available to her to "fix" the ley lines, but she cant change the rules by which they operate. As for memories: Teyvat runs on memory as a very primordial magic system that governs everything about reality and existence. Memory isn't just what you or I remember, its like an energy source which flows in and around everything via the ley lines. Memory is as crucial to teyvats existence as gravity is to our own universe.

@26:08- Um, PB, Ororon always had an ancient name, he just had to gain a deeper connection with it. Remember Mavuika was the only one who knew who ALL of the Heroes would be before they 'awoken' because of their ancient names. She just never told the other heroes. It's why Iansan didn't know that Mulani would be a hero when she first awaken. Don't worry though, every LPer I've seen has had this misconception that Ororon 'gained' an ancient name. Just a friendly reminder too, we needed a hero from each tribe and the last one is the Flower Feather Clan. You do bring up an excellent point about the Captain and that's why I thought he was from Natlan too. Even after finding out he's a survivor from Khaenri'ah, I still think we don't know everything about him. There's always been theories about Seelies, and I think the Angel concept was one of them (someone can correct me if I am wrong), but the Lord of the Night just confirmed that theory. Captain's plan wouldn't be the ideal, it be basically like putting a band aid over a deep wound since the Abyss would still be a threat and this time there be no way to resurrect anyone. You can't be sure that someone else would be able to come up with a better plan in the future. Too many people have already sacrifice so much just so they could have a chance at winning. Reconstructing the ley lines, they all be a blank slate, like a new born baby with no knowledge of how the world work. It be saying all of the work Natlanese have put up to this point for the past 500 years would be for nothing. Yes, there are 4 shades- Time (we learned about her from Ei's 2nd Story Quest since this Shade helped plant the seed that would become the Sacred Sakura tree), Death, Life, and Space. There are PLENTLY of theories about the other 2, but we still haven't learned about them in the game itself. There was always hints about the Ruler of Death being connected to Natlan- the Ode of Resurrection being one thing. Of those Obsidian feathers being the biggest hint. Remember our Artifacts- 4 represent the Shades while the 5th represents the 1st Descender/Celestial Principals. One of the artifacts is called the Plume of Death since it's always shaped like a feather. Something DID occur to me recently- even when this Archon quest is done, Natlan chars would still have to stay in Natlan because of the Wayob and the Night Kingdom. I wonder if something will happen that will allow Natlan chars to finally leave their region without fear of losing their memories. @46:49- Talking about Citlali lol. Have to remember that the Lord of the Night is WAY older than most chars since she even predates the Archon War, so seeing Citlali as 'young' is possible due to her own age. Like comparing someone thousands of years old to someone who maybe in their 60s? Oh another clue that the Captain being from Khaenri'ah was right there in plain sight too- that huge star on his mask. But yeah I love the Captain. You did see Winter Night's Lazzo right? The Captain came across as one of the nicer ones and all of the char lines from the Harbingers (Childe, Wanderer, and Arlecchino) are all positive too. Yeah the actual war part . . . your choices do matter. When Natlan was first being teased I was like, "Okay I am not getting that "war-like feeling" so I was waiting to see when things would get dark. But even I wasn't expecting things to get this grim. Paimon's demeanor and the dead Saurians almost broke me. Yeah, Chasca is the last hero. I said we only needed the Hero from the Flower Feather Tribe and we had only met 2 from there and ALL heroes so far had been playable. So Chasca being this tribe's hero was clear to me since Act 2. Onely hero I wasn't sure of was Masters of the Night Wind since we had 2 playable chars with Citlali and Ororon. @2:19:12- I finally understood the Act title after seeing this image. We have a burning rainbow hehe. OMG yeah this part I LOVE these moments because you're at the brink of defeat and this is the turnaround hehe. Top 5 scene for me honestly hehe. Basically Mavuika's final plan is to eradicate the Abyss from the Night Kingdom. It won't get rid of ALL Of it, just from Natlan since you can still find Abyss creatures all over Teyvat. We don't know if Xbalanque used the power her got from Ronova. He was an ordinary human at the end of the day, despite being one of the Seven, so he did die. Yeah I have a HUGE question gameplay wise on how Hoyo is going to make Act 5 work if we're being separated from Paimon at some point. She IS our pause menu and our means of exiting the game. It was fine with the Caribert quest because that story wasn't too long. These acts are several hours long at least. So this has me curious. Maybe they're create save points where we can exist the game? Or maybe that separation will be pretty short. We'll have to wait and see lol. I don't think the Fake Sky will be addressed again until the story continues. We'll see though. Also, yeah I wonder what Captain's plan is oh boy. We know Mavuika will be playable, but that doesn't mean the Captain will be. Professor, I recommend reading that pamphlet there you saw when the title credits appear. It lists those who have past and you might recognize one of them.

I would be all for Capitano's plan, but without the Night Kingdom there is only just normal leylines there to defend Natlan from the Abyss, and there won't be any backup plans left with everyone's memories wiped. Mavuika's plan is risky and "all or nothing", but at the end of the day Capitano's plan is just as risky long term. So I am not sure I would take his plan over Mavuika's given the choice.

Genshin Lore enthusiasts had basically decided Seelies were Angels years ago, but this was a huge deal that they actually confirmed a lot of theories here. There have been little crumbs of info scattered in the game about them since the beginning. A few books, the Aranara, Artifacts, and even a couple Tips on the Loading Screen talk about ancient seelies having an advanced civilization and being guides of humanity.

Yeah, was excited to see your reaction to this quest and all the lore. The choices having an affect on the war was so immersive and made the quest feel unique. I just feel bad that I promised the guy that I would find his mother but I missed her because I went to save the courier. I reasoned that the courier would have more information on the war and his saurians were like delivery birds.

Mavuika CAN'T create new rules, these ones were created by a shade of Celestia, none of the archons can do something similar.

I’m happily surprised that wrio is on the list at all. Xiangling and xingqiu should easily be top 5, they’re way too low. might be biased but baizhu should be top 10, I’d say he’s the best healer in the game. I feel like kinich hasn’t been out long enough to be on this list, same with xilonen and mualani, we don’t even have all the natlan units yet so we don’t know how well he’ll work yet. Back to xingqiu, but he should definitely be above yelan, he might not have quite as much damage but xq just provides so much more. Raiden deserves number 9, she was a top tier dps but she’s really fallen off, she’s just used as electro application now in dendro teams. My top 10 would be neuvi, arle, xingqiu, haitham, xiangling, bennett, nahida, kazuha, furina, then raiden, in that order.

Neuvillette is strongest. In terms of damage and team synergy. But that doesn't mean is he is most fun to play. Nahida wins oh it's one of those creators who spam videos making tier list of things they have no idea about there is too many characters not included in the list If I were a youtuber, I wouldnt promote that tier list

Watch mojo is a content farm. All of their top 10 videos are complete jokes because their sources are mostly Twitter clips, unreliable articles, and they don’t take part in any of the games personally. This leaves their impressions of the characters very biased towards one thing without understanding why that thing is any good in the first place. Xingqiu is easily top 10 at least, he’s been a staple in most teams since 1.0 because he provides an almost unmatched utility, off field hydro application, interruption resistance, damage reduction, and capable damage. In their star rail top 10 they put Blade 4 places above Fu Xuan… let that sink in for a moment. Blade had one patch of glory while Fu Xuan has been a staple sustain since her release.

All these kind of tops always be subjective and even don't worth to be spreaking of. The only worhty list could be the tier list of maximum potential of characters.
