Unsolicited advice here: when you get home, or even sitting in the ride after class, write everything down. Everything you learned and everything that you felt. Keep a BJJ journal and you can circle back and see your progression. You're doing great 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

I wish there would be an actual documentary about people who are forced to live in their RVs like myself. I didn’t get to choose a brand new RV. I honestly didn’t want one. I like the vintage style so much better it has so much more character and it was so much more affordable, I was escaping a toxic relationship and this was what I could afford and it was always something I wanted to explore but probably not till later in life but I see these people act like they’re roughing it and they’ve got it and they’re living on the road and they’re driving these big brand new trucks that they have these brand new giant RVs that are bigger than any house I’ve ever lived in. Why not the realistic side of it? I think this is crap. I’m sorry.

10:32 That statistic is wild to me. It's like crying while skiing or having ice cream or something. Even if I'm completely stuck against someone better, I still find it fun to try. I guess as a dude there's fewer people against whom you're completely stuck.

Omg, I'm only 12 minutes in and legit tearing up. IT IS TOO REAL, but so worth it. I'm in my 30s, a purple belt, sometimes constantly questioning why I keep showing up. Never cried on the mat, but definitely a bathroom crier hahaha. At this point, I couldn't stop training even if I wanted to, but that experience of really not wanting to go never went away for me. It fluctuates WILDLY, weekly, monthly, even yearly. Also, so cool that I've trained with or met so many ladies interviewed, small wild and beautiful world. TYSM for making this ❤.

Oh my gosh! FANTASTIC documentary! !! I just started jiu Jitsu 6 mos ago . Im 40 yo.. and I cried every training day for at least a month. And now I cry weekly still. It’s sooo hard and nobody in my life (outside 1 amazing lady at Jiu Jitsu) understands. These ladies spoke everything I’ve been thinking and feeling. This validation is huge and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate this film! 🥹🥹🥹 I almost quit for real twice.. but I’ve been enjoying it so much more the past couple months. (Still have ups and downs but definitely no more thoughts of quitting!)

I know an RV and van are different. However, I could use all the help I can get. Is there anyway to climate control the inside of a car or van enough to where it will stay safe and comfortable for guinea pigs 24/7 without having to be plugged into an outlet???

Thank you for making this documentary. It validates all of the feelings that I have had through my jiu jitsu journey. I haven't cried on the mat, but I have definitely cried in the car driving home. I am a 63-year-old female blue belt. I usually am one of the only females, the smallest, and definitely the oldest person on the mat, but I keep showing up.

Hi I bake sourdough in my travel trailer!! Some of the things I do.. I keep a small water filter and only use filtered water in my sourdough and starter. I turn on my heated mattress pad and put my covered bread bowl in my bed to rise I got a pizza stone that covers my entire rack. I bake directly on that and add a bit of ice in a tiny metal pan to give good steam. Basically I just want to turn the whole top of that oven into the hot box. I have a half sheet cookie sheet that sits right on top of my half sheet cake Pan. If I'm baking a bread with a more delicate bottom crust I will use those under my bread pans for the insulation factor.
