You two make everything better. Your videos, and I'm talking about the mere images, make everything seem not just beautiful, but you create an emotional connection, like, when watching a video of one's wedding, or memories of one's children... Dunno if that makes any sense. Plus, your descriptions, the deep, tuned voice of him, and the sweet, spontaneous laughs of hers..... Make their conversations and descriptions captivating, like listening some sort of conversational Jazz. Cheers from Tampico, Tamaulipas, México. Keep enjoying life, and making us part of it through your unique, romantic perspective. You're so lucky and blessed, cherish it. ♥️

Well done guys! I really enjoy your format with the reflective, talk show style, with video clips in between (at least that's how I'm describing it). That's authentic. My wife and I too launched our full-time RV'ing from Denver. We're living in central Washington now. We love Colorado and Denver and consider it home as well. Thanks for giving Colorado the props it deserves....although the secret has been out for many years now!

Welcome back to Colorado. I'm full time in Grand Junction. What is the name of your podcast? Would love to listen!

So cool! And that would be awesome! Tyler's podcast is Strangers Worth Meeting where he meets up with people from all of the places we travel too and then Wild Hixsons has a podcast too where it's a more in-depth story from our vlogs! 😊

Hello Hixson, would you share or give a rough idea or do a video of what your road travel expenses run for camping and moving around all the time. I am interested in knowing how much a life like your may cost. Thank you, Darrel
@WildHixsons3 жыл бұрын
Hey Darrel! We’ve found that our travel expenses have been really close to the cost of living in our old apartment! We try to stay at RV parks under $40 a night, so our “rent” is usually about the same. And since we don’t eat out very much or go to the more expensive attractions, our cost of living is roughly the same as it was before we moved into the RV. Writing that idea down for a future blog though so we can get more in-depth!

Question when did you change your RV and why? Love your journey

We swapped out after a year because we got an incredible opportunity with East to West to work with them! You can check out our first vlog called Starting the Journey that goes in a little more detail!

I am from the southeastern US and we don't have much BLM type land...it's all RV parks if you want to camp really. So I am curious why you all would stay at a dry camping park when you are in a state that has so much free camping on BLM land. Does it have facilities, like washer / dryer or is it just that it is closer to town or more supervised (less rift raft)? I only know what I see on youtube about BLM land. Subbed to your podcast BTW.

We stayed at a state park with electric hookups because the weather forecasted lows around 10 degrees and we wanted to be able to use our space heater! I was hoping to boondock, but since it was going to be so cold, we decided that having electricity was worth staying at a state park.

@@WildHixsons AH, okay, I was thinking it didn't have hookups. Thanks. Love your content.
