Nalbandian equal to Federer in talent. His commitment to be at the top however was never there

Vamos Rafa💪

How was this a “weak era” when Nalby never won a Slam? Crazy

If Nadal had won this match, he would've faced Federer the next round...

I could easily see agaasi is old and sometime gave up to chase the ball, but the precise his slide and forehand was still impressive. can’t imagine how amazing the game would be if both of them are in prime.

This was an amazing match - I remember watching it well. I believe it was extremely windy in NYC that day as well. It literally took primer Federer all of his effort to win. This is an epic and underrated match.

When tennis went away from wood, it killed the sport. Late 70's early 80's was the golden years for tennis. If an American won Wimbledon today no body would care except for the media.

0:52 The drop shot return is so underrated, it's one of my favorite shots. Of course Federer executes it perfectly here... and of course Agassi finds a creative way to deal with it and win the point.

Lucky federer should have played Andre in the 90's. would be 6-0, 6-0, 6-0. Federer is by far the most luckiest tennis player to walk on earth. he came at a time when old greats like sampras were retiring and new kids like novak hadn't arrived yet. When the new kids came, They sent federer home.
