Thank you for sharing this experience. Are you crossing the bridge next Saturday, September 7th? I would love to make this crossing in the very near future. Looks like a lot of fun and such beautiful scenery. 🚜 👍

@tractorhyatt7044 we are heading up there on Thursday. Look us up. We are in the Heritage Farmers club and we will be the ones leading the Mackinac City parade. I'm driving the John Deere 2840 that is in a fair number of my videos and Kris is once again driving the Purple Ford 8N. It's one of our favorite activities.

@@BobontheFarmOhio My wife and I visited Mackinac Island a couple weeks ago, now back in Florida. Won't be at bridge crossing next week, but it's on my bucket list. I just subscribed to your channel so I can see if you have any updates from next weekend's crossing. Enjoyed watching your '21 and '22 bridge crossing videos. 🚜👍

How much hp does your tractor have ? Or what the smallest tractor you think that mower would need ?
@BobontheFarmOhio2 ай бұрын
@@DennisZook everything I have seen says that the 5209 needs about 65 pto hp. My 2840 is rated about 81 pto hp. A little extra power is never a bad thing. Just ask Tim the Tool Man! LOL! Thanks for watching!

If used this machine and tried cutting hay at 20 miles per hour..... does just as good of a job as slower ! Except.....the problem is slowing to make the turns ! Heres me cutting hay at 20 miles per hour at 0:46 kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4CZlXxjiap1acU

Question...why cut empty on the ends ? Not a waste of time ? Unless chopping.... I always go around the field...not back and forth.
@jimmyjohnson70413 ай бұрын
You do know that the steal bar that you have your hydraulic hoses tied to is meant for cradling the PTO ? So the end dont get plugged full of dirt. Its heavy ! Yours isnt on correctly
