Hey Coco, thanks for taking us over the Bayahibe area man. You must be very careful when investing in new places there. I've been hosted in many of those new-construction buildings and their finishes are terrible, even though they look amazing in the outside, however, the Estrella Dominicus place you visited later, that's a totally different story, that is class man. They are the DOMIS group, the same developer that is constructing Aqua Esmeralda on the beach. One of the pluses that the area has is that unlike the rest of the country, the utilities are VERY stable there. You must have noticed a power plant right on the main Dominicus road that guaranties electricity to the entire town and all of those hotels on the beach, and speaking of electricity, not even the Casa De Campo road in La Romana has lighting all the way from the Highway-3 to the town as Dominicus has. With all the hotels already there contributing $$ to the state, the growing construction, and the strategic port to Saona Island, it is definitely another Punta Cana in the making. I've been following you for a while and appreciate your videos. Thanks for posting.
