I like your coverage of Puerto Plata... I've lived here for twenty years... All those trucks are there at the seaport to unload for export and the empty trucks are waiting for imported products... If you to see my neighborhood come to Los Maestros and Tori Alta... And yes the VA facility is great for us veterans...

Puerto Plata is a small city compared to Santo Domingo and Santiago, WSyh the beaty of it's mountains and ocean, they just need to build higher to make it look more modern.
