I watched this video to see if I'm missing something. To each his own, I guess. I don't see how this is fun. You do zero damage and walk in circles with your shield up. Yes, the other team can't cap the point, but if they own it, you can't cap it either because they leave 1 person with you, and you can't kill them. I don't get it. Not sure why people would get mad. All I know is I don't bother with people that do this, and usually when my team has a player with a build like this, we lose the OPR. It is cool that you figured out this build. If you are having fun, more power to ya!

Ppl are so stupid when it comes to tank… any and every tank can be dropped….heavies and get behind them… pretty standard… I mostly ignore bc they cant kill anybody

let's say you don't have a frostbite, but with no other..(refrehisng ward/sure footing), can I use other weapon or replace the Wall artifact? the wall must be equipped correct? someone is selling frostbite at 900k in my server lol. do you think i can replace the frostbite with bloodline heir? it has refreshing ward but no sure footing..not sure if sure footing is deal breaker

you can farm it but it is insanely rare and will take weeks or even months to find one. on the trading post they very rarely show up and even if they do you can expect to pay 150K on fresh start servers. i've heard on legacy servers people put them up for 800K

Hey Jamy :D I'm almost done with this build, and MAN I love it :D This is SOOOO much fun! Thx SO MUCH for sharing :D I'm normally 100 con. Firemage. So this is a big difference... I still need perk on Wall and Odo, and I'm still soloing 5 - 7 players with out a problem :P Can't wait til I get it complete. I have a question regarding Frostbite.... It seems so difficult to farm. best way to get frostbite is just checking the market daily, its a very rare drop but randoms might get it and try to sell it. You can't choose frostbite... It chooses you. Glad you enjoy the build. What made you decide to swap off mage? and do you see mages in a new perspective?

@@KazooN-bis-n00b we already him abs cap for everything but strike and thrust dmg. Fortify is more useful to us since most strike is lower dmg or slower chunk hits. As for thrust almost all bow/rapier/musket/blunderbuss converts 50% or more to elemental. So thrust is never very much dmg.

Amazon is now giving out suspensions leading to bans for this particular play style in opr. People are now using the report feature for cases like this. It’s never been done before by AGS but with the wall and blood drinker being recent artifacts and the popularity of new world on social media even more lately they are actually doing it. So use it with caution and hope you don’t get reported

How certain are you that gw is abs and not base damage? I watched a mecrow video a while back and he said its base damage.

at some point it was updated to no longer be ABS originally it was. Now its a near useless perk as its neither ABS nor has a reasonable uptime.

where did you get frostbite to drop? its gotta be rare af.. ive had a wayyyy overpriced buy order up for a week for it and still cant get.. farmed the hell out of 50-60 mob areas, done the dungeons in range repeatedly also... dam thing harder to pin down than a lubed up crack head.
