Selsun Blue shampoo all over the face and head the moisturized with hydrocortisone cream. I did not comb the cradle cap out, the shampoo softened it up and it worked like magic. The Nurse practitioner I went too gave me that treatment and it softened up by the second day. My kid had in on the head and entire face.
