Kurt is really a trooper acting normally while going through acute heroin withdrawal. Hopefully somebody arranged some codeine for him. Japan is insanely strict when it comes to drugs. A normal person would at the least be alternating between crawling on the floor and pacing around with zero energy, not gaining a second of relief, running to the toilet every five minutes. All the while experiencing absolute, unrelenting dysphoria. Jesus Christ and then to perform a live show. Junkies are weak but they can/well, have to be so insanely strong sometimes

It doesn't get any more raw than this. As heavy as the heavyweights of Heavy Metal. Proving that Grunge was about location, not sonics.

Coverdale was absolutely right to cut costs and employ this line up to tour. There is nothing worse than watching Neil Murray having to pretend he was a young man posing away. And Campbell and Vandenberg did a good enough job covering Sykes material, this line up was certainly more energetic live than the Sykes version with Powell. Coverdale made a business decision and it worked.

I heard Nirvana for the first time in the summer of 91'. In a Honda Civic with a bad ass sound system. I had just gotten out of the USAF and was "free", lol. Smoke a J and heard Smells Like Teen Spirit". I was blown away. Then came Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, STP. What a time to be alive !!

It’s cool to see the visible man in the background and his decorations and stuff. Looks like a couple of the anatomical things were in the sliver music video. I love all their collectibles in that video.

this is as good as it gets with Nirvana because it was always about the songs and the album sales is what created them and the album was songs it wasn't management it wasn't radio airplay it wasn't touring it was songs and this concert has the songs as good as anytime

If anyone wants to get pissed off, go look at what Kim thinks a good replacement for Chris is. God awful DEI garbage. It is a shame. Search Nudedragons (Soundgarden). Their version of "Beyond the Wheel" is a sin.
