Over the past 2 years, life has become better and somehow calmer... I can't understand it myself... But it's a fact. Lately I've been thinking about it and looking at my life. Maybe it sounds absurd. But there are no beggars, drug addicts, or crime on the streets. Maybe it was like that before, I just didn't notice it... But I live in St. Petersburg, I don't go to Russia, I'm just not interested, St. Petersburg has everything, especially since Russia is the largest country in the world, but I like France and Italy better, the source and nature of our culture, they created almost everything for us in the 18th and 19th centuries. Especially since all the emperors of the Russian Empire were Germans... that's the kind of strange history we have...

One day I suffered from insomnia... it was in the middle of January. I was lying on my bed and wondering if I was happy now, at this very moment? The answer was disappointing - of course not! :) (that's probably what everyone says). And then I asked myself, what do I want right now, at this very moment? I immediately understood that I wanted to see Christmas Strasbourg, Colmar, see the wine route in Alsace, wander among the vineyards, shrouded in winter fog... 5 minutes later I booked a plane ticket and a hotel. The next day I was already in Strasbourg, and insomnia did not bother me anymore!! :) A wonderful recipe for life, isn't it?

Привет Ивар. Kuchen kostet bei uns 2.50 Euro 1 Stück . Aber ihr habt weniger Geld zur Verfügung. Da muss auch der Preis niedriger sein . Die Hinterhöfe gehen ineinander über. Verirrt man sich da nicht ? Sieht verwirrend aus .

Hallo Ursula! Die Verfügbarkeit und Menge des Geldes ist eine philosophische Frage... In Russland hat sich in den letzten 10 Jahren etwas verändert. Natürlich sind einige ärmer und andere reicher geworden. Ich verstehe in letzter Zeit nichts! Anscheinend habe ich den Zug verpasst! :) Zum Beispiel zahle ich für eine 60-Meter-Wohnung etwa 80 Euro pro Monat. In diesem Preis ist auch Strom enthalten. Im Winter gibt es auch Heizung. Ich verstehe nicht, ist es teuer oder nicht? Ich liebe alte старые дворы колодцы, это суть города, sie sind immer voller Gedanken und Erinnerungen. Ich kann endlos über dieses Thema reden... Übrigens weiß Google nicht, wie man vom Russischen ins Deutsche übersetzt! Die Bedeutung geht nach der Übersetzung immer verloren! Es fühlt sich an, als lebten wir nicht im 21. Jahrhundert, sondern im 15. Jahrhundert! :) Es ist einfach scheiße!

@@ivarmaldeikis Ivar, es ist einfach erfrischend, dich sprechen zu hören. Wahr ist das mit dem übersetzen . Schreibe russisch, dann übersetze ich . Ich versuche immer Vokabeln zu finden, wo Google die Bedeutung vielleicht nicht zu sehr verändert. Ich probiere es manchmal vorher aus. Eine Wohnung 60 m² für 80 Euro mit Strom und Heizung wäre bei uns ein Geschenk. 🤩 aber man kann das nicht so vergleichen, denke ich.

Hi Luva, Thank you! You are too kind to me as always :) By the way, I recently sold my house in the forest. The sale lasted a long time, a month and a half, and all because I set the price for the house above the market...:) But then I pulled myself together, coldly, like a man, and set a real price, at which the house was sold in a week. There was a hurricane in our village (these happen once in 20 years), many trees felled, a person died, but my house miraculously survived. I happened to be near the epicenter of the hurricane, a magnificent sight! I'm an idiot... It would have been simply unrealistic to survive in it, centuries-old trees broke like matchsticks. And that's why I'm buying a new plot of land in an open field the other day! The Russians have a song - Russian Field. (You have to sing it sadly and very soulfully:):):) It's funny even to me! I'll soon shoot a video at sunset...:)

So we're in good company. We are in hurricane season, here in FloriDUH. (Pindostan)))) A huge branch of an 🏡 oak tree landed in three parked cars, (where I live). There's been a lot of flooding from heavy rains and storm surges. Are you ever going to settle in any of those homes? 🏡

Hi Robert! Most Russians (okay, half of them :) have some kind of house or an old cottage (or some unfortunate ones - a villa) to live in during the summer. But no one forbids you to live there in the winter, too, if you have strong nerves or a quality house :) Yes, in Russian (it's slang) such a house is called a dacha. Especially in the last three years, in Russia everyone has simply gone crazy about it! Now we have a real construction boom!.. There are now quite often traffic jams on the roads outside the city like in the city... this didn't happen before and life was calmer! :) In short, this is a new fashion... Especially since the cheapest country house costs from 25,000 euros. It's pretty cheap, so any fool can afford it :):)

I forgot to say that 30 years ago, in the 90s, the state gave away such land to everyone (or some) who wanted it for free (now we have capitalism and everything is only for money :). I was 20 years old then, I came from the army, I was unemployed and somehow I built myself such a house (to put it mildly, it is not very high quality - a log house... (as they say - a house built from shit and sticks :)). The house then cost me 1000 dollars. Our toilet was outside then! (horror of course :) But we were happier then... although now we have a shower, a sauna and a toilet in the house. As they say, the toilet came into the house, but happiness left the house! :) Okay, I'm kidding, everything is ok!

@@ursulafranke4552 Der Hurrikan war stark, aber nicht sehr stark. Das ist 15 Jahre her. Es war fast eine Katastrophe! In einigen Gegenden gab es bereits seit drei Tagen keinen Strom. Zehn Stunden später gaben sie uns Strom. Im Prinzip haben wir das beste Klima in Russland - in Moskau gibt es ständig Probleme! Im Moment ist es dort ungewöhnlich heiß, aber hier ist wie immer alles in Ordnung! :) :)

Sascha war noch nicht dort, um nachzusehen. Ich bin sprachlos. Ich wäre sofort am nächsten Tag dort gewesen, um zu schauen, was passiert ist. Kannst du mal versuchen, etwas zu erfahren. Essa é uma pergunta muito difícil... Sou uma pessoa simples e no dia a dia não vejo consequências. É claro que pessoas mais ou menos ricas e inteligentes tratam tudo isso com ironia. As empresas simplesmente mudaram seus nomes legais. Pessoalmente, lamento que não exista Ikea na Rússia. Sinceramente, não entendo porque os europeus têm medo ou não podem vir a São Petersburgo, como faziam antes, antes era mais divertido com eles! Sempre nos divertíamos com sua incrível... ingenuidade, abertura, espontaneidade. Resumindo, pessoalmente sinto falta dos europeus e dos americanos na cidade! :) :)

@@ursulafranke4552 Ja, der Fahrpreis ist derselbe, man kann den ganzen Tag in der U-Bahn sitzen. Ein Token kostet etwa 65 Cent. Die Fahrt mit einer ÖPNV-Karte kostet etwa 45 Cent, ich weiß es nicht mehr genau.

Hallo! Jasmin riecht großartig! Ich baue gerade das Haus ein wenig um - ich möchte die offene Terrasse mit Panoramafenstern verglasen, damit ich es im Winter dort warm habe und damit im Winter mehr Licht in diesen Raum kommt - ca 24 qm großer Raum.

@@ivarmaldeikis das wird die Kälte draussen halten. Das macht sich sicherlich bemerkbar . Das ist viel Arbeit. Vor dem Winter musst du fertig werden.

Sveiki, sveiki Liudas! Tai kaimas, kuriame parduodu namą. Daugiausia yra glampingų - nuomojami namai. Tačiau yra žmonių, kurie gyvena nuolat. Jis yra 30 km nuo miesto, visai netoli! Kada atvyksite į Sankt Peterburgą?

Sim, se eu escrever legendas, adicionarei português também! Muitas vezes (quase sempre) o Google traduz tudo mal, distorce nuances e entonações indescritíveis, que às vezes mudam o sentido da história.... às vezes sinto pena quando quero dizer algo importante (como parece :), mas a tradução estraga tudo... :):)
