ok...I love HTTYD its probably my favorite film trilogy of all time, but wouldn't harry just Avada Cadavra Toothless and then Hiccup? Not sure how this channel reviews them. (Like since Harry would normally never use the killing curse he wouldn't here) even without the killing curse wouldn't Crucio ground toothless?

Who knows. Unless I’m mistaken, we’ve never seen the forbidden curses performed on dragons before, so who’s to say.

even when Harry faced the Hungarian horntail, he didn't use the killing curse on it, in the 4th book nor movie.

@@Charles-7 They were trying to be quirky with that Episode as it was intended to be a joke episode. Plus, that was Season 3. Nowadays, they don’t do draws unless both combatants literally lack a way to permanently off the other, like with Scooby VS Courage.

@hellfireproductions4173 and the same can be said with Harry and Hiccup and besides, they have both know stuff about dragons, which can make them put aside their differences and like talk about them, plus harry once had a miniature version of the Hungarian horntail, before giving it to Fred and George.

Ask Zane Truesdale. He busted open the side of a cage with holograms, and the tech in GX is the same in DM. Also, the Oricalcos and Duel Links is a thing.

@@ShackleYT Fair conclusion to come to. But I do think that Weevil cheer amount of monsters and stall cards, on top of his conniving trickery, will give Charmy a bit of trouble, at least at first.

How is it I haven't even SEEN a Harry Potter movie, and yet I know Syrus is screwed in this scenario? Unless you give the Duel Disk the ability to use real monsters and spells, ONE SPELL is enough to finish him. Now, if we were talking AKIZA, well... that'd be a MUCH more entertaining fight.

Basically, both were the first mates of the protagonists; Harry Potter and Jaden Yuki. Adding that in some circunstances, Ron and Syrus had very serious issues with the protagonists during some parts; when Ron briefly abandoned Harry and Hermione during Deathly Hollow part 1, and Syrus was openly critizing, cursing and condemning Jaden for his decisions during the Dark Dimension arc.

...you realize that the Duel Disks only make holograms, right? Ron has actual magic, there's no question he'd win. I get what you're going for with the whole "sidekick character from a school adventure story" angle, but this isn't a fair fight in the slightest.
