I definitely appreciate the strong man-cave vibe of this home! I also like that it's just spacious enough to entertain company yet small enough for one person to live quite comfortably. I'd probably update the bathroom to also reflect the man-cave motif and remove the carpeting. I'm not a fan of carpeting. I think something like laminate plank flooring or the like would look much better. But that's just me.

With all the cuts, the weird camera techniques, etc., I found this video very confusing. I had no sense of where I was throughout this video. I couldn't assess how the spaces related to each other. Where was that laundry room? How was it accessed from the master bedroom? I've been looking at 55+ Florida property for several months now, hoping to find something I can't live without - enough to make downsizing and moving with my while. I would love it if those who present the homes would make it easier for us to experience the properties rather than try to be artistic. Please just do an uncut walkthrough so that we can get the feel of the space.

With home owners ins. premiums skyrocketing in Florida and lot rent also skyrocketing not to mention prop. taxes going up, it must be much more difficult to sell Mobile Homes in Florida now days. do you agree?

No... Actually Real Estate is busy here! Cash Buyers are mostly buying land leases... Oct-April are busy months for those... Snowbirds! There is someone always buying! People move for new jobs, health reasons, pass away & loved ones sell... I know our New Build Manufactured part of the Brokerage is very busy!

Cute place. It shows you can make a mobile home a home. You just have to take care of them. Also they will need updates at times but every home does.

I would hope with all the upgrades they have done - they woulda updated all that . . . but . . . who knows . . . til it's inspected.

@@cometscorner1982 OUCH! $806 on top of $210K for a mobile home, without land, is very expensive, regardless of whether or not someone has ever lived in the home. It's been sitting empty for at least 3 years. Not a good sign.
