@@cometscorner1982 seems like a good deal as long as the area is decent . . . and you have the foundation and infrastructure of this almost 60yo mobile home checked out. I would hope with all the upgrades they have done - they woulda updated all that . . . but . . . who knows . . . til it's inspected.
