That’s crazy because that’s what I’ve been doing and the only thing that’s increased and gotten bigger is my weights and the amount I can lift.

Hi is it possible that you mixed up the protein to bodyweight thing😅 one g of protein per POUND body weight seems a bit much. Could you possibly mean 1g per 1kg body weight?

How the fuck am I supposed to eat 230 grams per day?
@jrchajrchasgscs124826 күн бұрын
You're 230 lean? I doubt that if you're questioning that being a lot of protein or your're supremely tall. Two scoops of protein with milk = 80 grams then you have 150 in 3-4 meals. If you aren't lean then you don't need anywhere need 230. 200 is fine and the protein shake thing still stands

@Blaag9226 күн бұрын
I guess he made a mistake by mixing grams and pounds. It's usually 1g per kg bodyweight. One kilogram is around 0.5pounds. so if you are 230 pounds it's around 115kg so it would be 115g protein a day.
@HarderStylesKid26 күн бұрын
Yeah I’m in the same boat I’m 6’3 123kgs (271lbs) but i just drink my protein baby. Brother just get some protein powder and you’re good to go. Why worry about being able to eat so much protein when you can just drink it in one drink lmao.

10/10 tips, one thing I would try is to bring the cable higher to perhaps knee level so that you can get the most tension where the side delts are most stretched. Other than that nice work !

Great stuff exactly what i was looking for. My only issue is people talking about heavy load/progressive overload to build muscle. Can you in theory achieve those with the same set of dumbells just by increasing your reps?
@familyguyclips4741Ай бұрын
You can progressively overload with dumbbells to a point. While you can always increase reps, it will get increasingly difficult as you add reps week to week. This is because after you are doing around 15 reps, you aren’t going to get a very good strength stimulus which will make it hard to get stronger and progressive overload. However, you still definitely could gain muscle up until you are able to complete 30 reps. In this case, I would recommend attempting harder variations and different tempos.

It depends on your flexibility. If you can't go very low because you lack hamstring flexibility, then trying to go lower will cause your back to round, and that's incorrect form.

Very happy I found your video through all this disinformation around. I rehabilitated my shoulder by taking a 2-3 day rest period and using light weight for very slow and controlled reps to remove my shoulder pain- I played around with positions and realized how people cheat using their triceps - its not all that bad -but it can be an essential isolation move if done properly. Only Ego lifters or Power lifters care about compound movements. There is testosterone gains from it- but even if compound- it should be with light weight focusing on slowing it down when lowering it. Push through injury by doing self healing techniques- if you are trying to go as fast as possible your body will not have enough time to rest and recover and you will get injured more often.
