The most tragic thing about all of these types of videos of situations of abuse towards kids that had been investigated and reported is that CPS is there to protect kids from shxt like this.. people like this and conditions like this and time after time case after case they continue to fail these kids. I'm a mother and I protect my children!! That is what a parent is supposed to do. Not kill the child and lie and pass the blame. It's on her not social services! Maybe having 9 or 10 kids with 9 or 10 different fathers....birth control is available. But the money for each child is better for her.. pathetic welfare "single mom" crap. When you make a serious complaint, you email cc to the whole food chain so everyone has to check it has been addressed, incl lawyer for the child...all your parental concerns regarding your child should be addressed by you in this legal documentation way, keep a file of communications, this is a serious situation when a third party has an interest in your child, school included!!

Isn't this the story that all the kids and counselors were outside and the baby was in the crib, this 10yr old went inside for something but went over to the crib taking the baby out but dropped him? Had this girl act out in any way complaining about him or any baby at all? I don't think I would have any understanding or forgiveness with this girl or the daycare but it was the daycare job was to take care of the children not leaving any of them out of sight! Someone was suppose to watch this baby, they failed
