He got 77 years in prison. We got custody of her and took in her little sister (no relation to husband) so they wouldn't be separated. When my daughter turned 18, she moved back with her mother even after 6 years of TFCBT COUNSELING, therapists, psychiatrists, SA Abu$e specialists , etc. But she NEVER BELIEVED HER MOTHER OR ANY OF THEM DID ANYTHING WRONG!!! I put my stepdaughter in therapy/counseling including TFCBT (TRAUMA THERAPY) and she still thinks her mother did nothing wrong by rap**g her with objects and allowing and holding her down while her many bfs did the same and worse. The only thing you can do is listen to your instincts. When the person is gone for a while (as in no contact or seeing each other), you notice your thoughts about them change. However, when they are back, so are all the infatuated feelings. They just overload your system. Listen to your instincts. When you have a feeling something is off, listen to it! I'm glad everyone woke up from this nightmare and all made it out alive. Jan became a really strong person and the way she handled him in court was nothing short of freaking amazing! She killed him with politeness and smartness. That is the way to hurt them. Stay kind and polite. Be as intelligent as you can be. That is the reason why he acted out and in the end killed himself. And no, that isn't Jan's fault whatsoever. It is his own fault. The bikers protecting her were amazing too!

They're 100% responsible for the awful things that happened to this poor girl, they let it! And the mother was even being jealous of her 12 yo daughter!
