@kako4552 16th was the last date for admission...if you are from Sikkim...you can Attend counselling programme at your nearest govt. college in Sikkim... that'll be on 5th to 10th August for admission process

Idk much about the computer colleges but the result on Google were Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology ,Medhavi college and SRM college etc. try to research on these colleges as it's about your studies

Sorry for delaying on reply....in govt. College maximum 1k or 1200 rupees takes as admission fee and 300 rupees per semester for non Residential certificate holders.ie. 1800 rupees for 3 years ...and in private colleges it's based on the course....I hope it helped :)
