Sorry for delaying on reply....in govt. College maximum 1k or 1200 rupees takes as admission fee and 300 rupees per semester for non Residential certificate holders.ie. 1800 rupees for 3 years ...and in private colleges it's based on the course....I hope it helped :)

It is fine.Yes the students from other places come here to study too. Govt.colleges have majority of locals and private have the majority of the students from outside the state.
