I have a TBI and just spent 12 hours trying to get my Nespresso Vertuo Plus out of descale mode after cleaning it with Nespresso descale solution. It went through four full water carafes. Doing things like holding the level for x number of seconds and then having to do more in the sequence is beyond my brains ability. I have to laugh. It makes wonderful coffee, that’s for sure.

@@psychfred first time I cleaned mine was a very similar experience. Mines due another clean, I just need to put a good amount of time aside to do it.

For a machine like Miele, this is inadmissible!! I almost have the same error, each dry program!!! I m really desapointed in this dryer, not worth his price, I avoid using it due to thar reason. It has to make our work, easer, this machine needs to much maintenance after each use.

@@DianeDetollenaere I thought the same when I repeatedly kept getting this error. Now it’s second nature of cleaning the filter inside the door every I empty the laundry and clean the foam filter once every couple of weeks. It’s a good machine and because of the filters it will likely last a very long time.

The foam filter will need to be cleaned regularly. I usually clean mine between 10-15 uses depending on what had been dried.

Dear sir, ALL heroes do not wear CAPES!!!!!!!!!! I have had this Nespresso for 2 months and just tried to make coffee--NOTHING-- until YOUR ADVICE. I was about to have meltdown...$279 and brand new....ready to call American consul in Italy lol.....THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Also found this option from a user on another site which to have sorted the F66 fault....so defo worth a try: "I experienced the "Clean out airways" message and beeping error with my Miele T8722 dryer. Open the door and take out the two-quarter, semicircular vents. At the bottom of the section, i.e., 30 mins past, of the airway inlet, you will see a chrome cylinder sensor inside. Clean this with a vacuum cleaner brush, then a wet toothbrush and vac again to dry it. Mine had a layer of fine engrained dust on it. Cleaning it, fixed the problem."

The 066 error means the machines air sensor is reading it’s not getting enough clean air for the heat pump to work. If the filters are clean and importantly dry then you could have a sensor which is potentially dirty. It may require a call out for that to be looked at.

Summary of instructions: - Hold lip until green light turns off - Hold button and lever down for 5 seconds until solid orange light - Press lever down 3 times until it flashes orange - While it’s flashing orange, press button once (Orange light will blink 3 times then solid green will appear)

Unfortunately in my machine it did not work, I started the descaling but it never finished my first try was with one tank full, the second also and the third , on the fourth attempt i kept pouring water to see when would it stop and it didn´t stop, not even after filling the tank 4 times

If you keep pouring water into the tank it will continue. You need it to run empty for it to stop. If you haven’t descaled for a while it can take several goes of descaling. Please remember to use the descale fluid each time. Frustrating I know, I’ve also experienced this with my machine and I always use filtered water.

I ‘bout gave up on my gift nespresso. It pumped out 2-3 cups no matter what. The manuals and online advice was worthless… too many models, but none for my model. YOUR ADVICE FIXED MY MACHINE!! Thank you!! (Seriously, Thank You!)

Im going to try this, my machine was in storage a few months has been working great last few cups until today I tried a double espresso capsule and it kept pouring and pouring until I unplugged it

This could be in the middle of a descale. Sometimes you have to run it a few times. The last time I did mine I had to do it four times. Then it allowed me to exit the descale setting. I hope this helps

Thanks for watching the video. Your comments are important to me. It took me a while to detect what you were saying as you put a typo. The reset is down to how you perceive what reset actually is. If you follow the steps the error goes away and is ‘reset’ and allows the machine to run. I hope this now makes sense to you.

The designer of this machine is a complete idiot. How hard is it to fit a few extra buttons? If I could meet him, I would stuff a few coffee pods into his mouth.I hate this mashine with a passion.
