Thanks for the review! I actually love School 😂 besides that my favorite would be, well, the whole album honestly. The one album you seem to be missing, Falling Satellites, is also pretty similar to this one in its structure and flow so you might enjoy it a lot. It's also a concept album, though not quite fully realized like Life in the Wires is. But, as a massive Frost* fan (favorite band since 2008) this album feels like the one I've been waiting for them to make since day 1, definitely my favorite of the 5 and I feel very lucky that I was able to experience it ❤

Not to blow your mind or anything but the guitar solo on This House of Winter is actually Jem Godfrey :) he revealed that in one of the interviews, and the new Frost* report video shows him setting up the guitar he used.

Have own style. Each albums have powerful prog rock strenght. And all in high quality of music. Super for collection. Beautuful see Frost* on channel. Have cd's the same as You and know album "Falling Satellites" but this one album missing me. And too too liked this album so much with bonus tracked. Frost* each album is great have fantastic sound and beautiful track no easy music. Tkank You !!! ❤

As Debut album this band. Awesome music this musicians. Wish him all the best in music and next planned music. As too that fresh debut lately relase Chasmhead (Derek Sherinian too on this release) for me this two as debut is great relase.

Again a great review, Marcel! It made me listen to the Oddleaf music and made me want to buy the album. Unfortunately, there is no vinyl release (I only buy vinyl) but perhaps it will happen in the future.

Wonderful album. I discovered this great band half a year ago and went to see them in the Boerderij in the Netherlands. It was really very good. I think it's my most important musical discovery since i discovered Steven Wilson in 2015. I'm also a long term Genesis and Marillion fan. It's great that this kind of music lives on.

I’ve been a fan since 1998. Have every album and every DVD. Arena have never released a weak album, unlike a lot of prog bands. Their latest album “Theory” is unbelievable…I think it’s my favourite even though I love The Visitor, Immortal, Contagion and Pepper’s Ghost, especially. Damian’s vocals are amazing, powerful, gentle and brilliantly operatic. Would love to hear him sing “Opera Fanatica” live.

For me the best singer is Rob!! Agreed! 1- The Visitor 2- Songs From The Lions Cage 3- Inmortal? 4- Contagion 5- Pepper´s Ghost 6- The Seventh Degree of Separation

It is interesting talking to like minded Arena fans to see how they rank the albums! It's not easy as you say, there are no bad ones! For me, The Visitor will always be my "deep connection" album so definitely my no.1! Probably Seventh Degree would be no.2 although I go through listening phases so their albums change around all the time!!

I’ve been a fan of Arena since Pepper’s Ghost in 2005. They quickly became and have stayed a favorite band of mine. Sowden era is my favorite, likely because that is when I discovered them. There are NO BAD ARENA ALBUMS! Ranking them is so difficult. They are criminally underrated in the Prog world and music in general. They should be MUCH bigger and deserve to be. John Mitchell may be my fav active/living guitarist. Being here in the United States, I haven’t gotten to see them live but I’m dying to and hoping one day it will happen. I could say so much about them but we will be here forever. Here is my ranking: S: Contagion, The Visitor A: Songs From the Lions Cage, Immortal?, Pepper’s Ghost B: Seventh Degree of Separation, Theory of Molecular Inheritance, Double Vision C: Pride, Unquiet Sky D: N/A

Ik hoor je iets over Scot zeggen. Waarom is hij gestopt bij Pendragon.

Mooi wat je zegt over acoustic . Ik was zo teleurgesteld over de tour met zo een lang acoustic moment zo jammer!

Ik ben aan het schrijven en het luisteren . De reis naar de cd zaak was toch vroeger iets moois. Wat een mooie verhalen en verrassende keuzes wel perfect uitgelegd . Ik was ook in Helmond naar 7 jaar geen concert een geweldige kennismaking met Damian.

Rob Sowden is also my Favourites. But i muss say Damian gives such a great vibe live. I think Arena get much more bigger then it is now

I always found The Dark Third's second half a bit too exhausting. The new one is much more 'open' (as was Amor Vincit Omnia) and I can really relate to the subject matter. As such, best album they did so far IMHO.

You know it, I’m collecting a lot; especially loads of Biffy Clyro as well as side projects and stuff. Great video, Marcel :-)

I dont think the Dark Third can be beaten, still number 1 for me. 1. Dark Third. 2. Eupnea 3. Amor (you should rebuy it!) 4. Coming up to Conciousness 5. Above Cirrus. 6. Hammer and Anvil (you don't need to rebuy it) I do love this band though and hope they continue to pump out new music. Eupnea was so good, i felt after H&A we wouldnt hear them at their peak ever again.
