Same problem with my Scram. Starts flashing with 7 litres in the tank! Mentioned it at service today. Not that interested to be honest. Said that they noticed this when they put 5 litres in when I bought it and it was flashing. Seemed to accept that it will come on with almost half a tank full of fuel! So not much point in having a gauge?!
