Even though I don't believe in this sort of thing I do love rituals, alternative medicine treatments, and spiritual nonsense and find the process entertaining and relaxing. I'd love to do the type of things Melissa is doing but I've got too many other ways to spend my money on and thankfully I can experience it second hand. I do hope to get a limpia when I eventually get to Ecuador, since they're quite cheap.

Absolutely beautiful techniques of massage. Really love the way the therapist checks in with her client! The only thing I'd hate is the steamer on my face! Also, exfoliation is done best by a chemical peel. But not everyone likes those
