I think this is the sentiment for most people watching ASMR videos. We may not enjoy doing the things we see in the videos, but the sounds of the actions are what so satisfying. Like there are some popular ASMR videos of things like ironing shirts, shining shoes, barbers/stylist cutting hair, doctors performing medical exams for training, and lot of other activities.

Im too bothered by the one light source causing her to block the light while applying..how can she continually see a balanced application overall or is she just guessing with the left side of the face? Ive never seen a lack of light during makep application before🤷🏼‍♀️

Please remember this is filmed (and in a hotel room at that) so there are even more limited options for the makeup artist especially when sometimes an angle where tripods have enough room to be set up takes priority! The video with the tv in the background is the one where the makeup artist specifically asked we move so she could use the natural lighting but as you can tell this resulted in a much uglier background for the video 👍
