I’m a trait carrier. In bed now from pain and tiredness. I don’t wast my time going to doctors because they don’t help 😢 43 now and suffered all my life

I thoroughly enjoyed this chat. I am a Sickle Cell Patient, and Daniel has help me in the past with the Benefit System, which I have always been grateful to him for. Great video and conversation. I'm a Sickle Cell Warrior with SB+. Priapism SUCKS!!! lol AR the Prophet made a very detail video documenting his experience with it and how it's treated in the hospital its on KZbin. My experience is it usually happens at night while just laying down or sleeping. It happens when my lower body is having trouble with circulation. It's painful with like a burning/numbing feeling(hard to explain) and the longer the blood is stuck the worst it gets. The way I handle it is by getting my blood to circulate by having sex with also messages it and helps the blood move, exercises like squats and jumping jacks and a heating pad.
@JenicaLeah Жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing this insight into priapism and how you manage it. I hope that we can have more open conversations on this topic going forward.

This is such an emotional video to watch! Jenica, not just your parents, but I'm sure I'm speaking for all those who knows you, we are so so proud of you and how you handle your situation! As your mom said, I'm also in awe of you! You took an extremely challenging situation, and always with a wide and cheerful smile and turn it into what will be of great help and awareness to those having to deal with this debilitating condition, all over the world! Bravo to you young lady!!💞 I hope you get recognition for your bravery and for bringing awareness to the forefront. 👏🏽
