I wouldn't make any big projects in bedrock edition. in Java you can always add mods afterwards if you want, and you can use worldedit

About the super flat vs. Normal !! On pc, you can edit the super flat world to be a superflat over world !! It gives you both space to build down while keeping the world’s flat space !!
