I know a girl who was hiking alone and through her ignorance, kicked down all of the markers. On her way back she realized what was their purpose.

@@johnwashburn3793 That is a hard way to learn that lesson. Instant karma is always great but unfortunately that one had a long lasting negative effect that will impact others. Hopefully she absorbed the lesson. And that’s a main reason I’m making these videos. A kind of counter to the LNT zealots who don’t really understand why cairns exist.

@@RealAdventureTheory and from what I've seen over the past couple years of watching way too many podcasts, cave diving and translating glyphs videos that many of the ancient drawings was a way of making sense of technology that was "magic" to them. Like the standing men petroglyphs actually being what a direct solar burst to earth looks like. This being why they are seen in every content on the planet. It goes with this crazy theory that before the before times humanity got to the point we are at now and maybe much farther. Then hell literally feel upon earth. Just to get an idea check out the bicycle and plane carvings in Indian temples. That'll send you down a steep rabbit hole

In Florida, I get roaches and wolf spiders, too. No centipedes 😅 But mosquitoes are everywhere, and sand fleas are absolutely horrible in some areas. Scorpions are worse hands down L one of the scorpions in Arizona is the Arizona bark scorpion, do the venom of which is powerful enough to earn you a trip to the ER.... Or maybe to the morgue if they sting you A centipede the bite is usually no worse than a bee sting, assuming you're not allergic

Braddah…I’m pretty confident I speak for all of us who do not agree with what this Haole is doing…It’s clear that you want to sound like you know what you’re talking about, but I’m sorry to be the one to tell that you don’t. For us who grew up here on Kaua’i, believe me, you don’t know what you’re talking about and much less doing. For anyone who’s watched this kooks video of Kaua’i, don’t pay attention to this, if you heed his editorial, you’re just as much of a fool as he is…and btw…if you actually lived here, you would know exactly what all of us who do not appreciate what you’re doing, are talking about…for Christ sake you can barely pronounce the beaches names properly…again…TYPICAL HAOLE! There’s a saying we all emphasize here on Kaua’i…”If you love Kaua’i, send your friends someplace else…or don’t come back!” And trust me when I tell you, we don’t need tourist like you to support our economy. Only the RESPECTFUL are welcome!
