I should never of sold my nvidia stocks. I real amature. How can amd compete with blackwell. Robotics and automation will expolode soon. Nvidia is much better value also.

Don't buy a single stock, just buy the entire sector. Because you cannot verifiably predict which stock will win the AI race, but for sure of of them will. Even people working directly in this industry cannot predict what will happen! When I worked with Nvidia hardware for AI research, I was sure it would never make it to the top of the AI hardware game, just because it's so full of glitches and errors. Yet, look where we are.

It’s extremely tough to own a silicon foundry and keep it up to date like TSMC, while at the same time try to compete with ARM chips with x86 architecture. Instead of relying on govt support, I would like to see if they can actually succeed on their own after the current painful transformation period.

How the hell could Mobileye not follow Tesla down the AI route. Intel should have told them to do a feasibility study after HDW3 and Dojo rolled out and FSD 11 and defo after 12. Mobileye is fucked and Intel to boot. Elon must be laughing his head off at them.

I’ve held AMD since it was a two dollar a share company, and it could not compete with Intel. The industry leader in any sector eventually stumbles, and there will be consolidation.

I agree with you 💯 Alex. You have to look at the company's product not just their stats and profits vs non profits. Thats why I'm invested in these companies so well as SOUNHOUND. They have an excellent product. This is another stock thats going to be a monster stock in the long run and all I see is these analyst questioning whether to buy it or not right now.

AMD makes excellent IGU w their Ryzen CPU. AMD brings the best price/ performance ratio. My last 4 computers were AMD variants. Still have an old Intel on the shelf. My current miniPC is a 1 yr old Ryzen 9 - 7940HS; 32 GB RAM; 2 -1TB drives. MinisForum has an excellent package.

The US stock market is experiencing a mixed performance. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down slightly, while the S&P 500 is trading relatively flat. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite is showing a modest gain, driven by the performance of major tech stocks.

Investors are keeping a close eye on the ongoing economic trends, including inflation, interest rates, and consumer spending. The latest data suggests that inflation remains under control, which could lead to a more dovish stance from the Federal Reserve. This, in turn, could support further gains in the stock market.

Several major US companies are reporting earnings this week, which could provide further direction for the market. Investors will be paying close attention to the performance of companies in the technology and consumer discretionary sectors, as these areas have been driving much of the market's gains in recent months.

VGT has delivered better returns than SCHD and VOO over the past 5 and 10 years. I’ve allocated most of my $500k retirement portfolio to VGT. While I aim to outperform with my taxable account, I’ve struggled to beat the S&P 500.

I'm taking a hybrid approach with VGT, SCHD, and VOO as my foundation over a 20-year horizon. I still enjoy life, travel, and buy what I love. It's the best combo, plus I enjoy the small victories of dividends, dividend growth, and share price appreciation

Yes, Arm Holdings is the company NVIDIA has been interested in acquiring. While NVIDIA initially announced its intention to acquire Arm in 2020, regulatory hurdles prevented the deal from being finalized. Instead, Arm went public in September 2023 via an IPO, with SoftBank retaining a majority stake in the company. NVIDIA still remains a major partner and licensee of Arm’s technology. Are These Percentages Recent? Yes, the 95% market share of Arm-based processors in mobile devices is current as of 2024. Arm’s architecture continues to dominate the mobile industry, with nearly all major smartphone manufacturers relying on its designs. Key Players Using Arm Technology: Apple: (e.g., A-series chips in iPhones) - Custom chips designed by Apple using Arm’s instruction set architecture (ISA). Qualcomm: (e.g., Snapdragon chips in Android phones) - Incorporates Arm Cortex CPU designs and Adreno GPUs. Samsung: (e.g., Exynos chips) - Uses Arm Cortex cores for CPUs and Mali GPUs for graphics. MediaTek: (e.g., Dimensity and Helio chips) - Employs Arm’s Cortex cores in budget and mid-range Android smartphones. Market Dominance by Architecture: Arm's architecture dominates the mobile phone industry because it is: Energy-efficient, crucial for smartphones with limited battery life. Scalable, allowing its designs to be used across devices from entry-level to flagship models. Widely licensed, enabling companies worldwide to integrate its technology into their custom processors. This widespread adoption cements Arm's role as the foundation of nearly all modern smartphones. Its unmatched market presence makes Arm pivotal to the smartphone ecosystem and a highly sought-after partner for companies like NVIDIA.
