I just used this sound answering my boss phone call. My colleague told me she was looking for someone to cover few shifts today and I had time to prepare this background sound. When she called me, I "was in a pub" 200 miles away from home 🤭🤭🤭 Thank you 😉

ah wind it blew a gale, out-side right now tonight, but it's finally come to a calm patterning pitta-patta of rain against my window. and Boy! did it rain, rain it rained all day steady and then on came the night in-came this nasty winter gale the second one this weekend . the first Storm Éowyn it was named.. then Storm Herminia its sister hits wind and rain the whole weekend through one after another had the sash window open for the curtains' to bellow and blow with gusts and the room is cold and like a mad man I had this video playing with another sounding rain both together mixed quiet and low both in chorus with the wild weather outside, and I wrapped up nice .. not bothered bothering to get out of bed most of all the weekend gone. its Tuesday 28 January 25 an 03:30 here in the Cynon, Wales UK my depression like the gale has now blown away ... me and the weather mad in wales get up have a shave and a wash an go check the forecast, Cup of tea then out of the house out the door fresh air in my face. First time in four days. out and down to town, me mad man on my bike will pedal the back Lane to the shop, birthday birthday birthday present to get for a dear friend..she my ex a pal. I know what she wants

In November 2019, I built a temporary karaoke bar in my basement, and created it so thoroughly to make it really feel like you were actually sitting in a place almost 2000 miles away. False walls, professional stage lighting, professional audio, a false window showing the live NYC skyline “outside” (on a big-screen TV), bar, etc. My family flew in from all over the country to enjoy a night of singing, dancing, and partying. I piped in this video on a separate channel at a volume that was almost imperceptibly audible, but then one of my brothers eventually caught it after a while. This helped to create a grand illusion. It blew them away. It’s now November 2024, and after 5 years since that weekend, we’re doing it again in two weeks, exactly 5 years later. It’s the first time we’ve all gotten back together since then. Can’t wait. Will be a packed house. It’s a lot of work, but it’s well worth it. I just wanted to acknowledge this video’s small contribution.

I love the sound of the wind whistling like this. It sends me off to sleep feeling cozy and safe. Other videos on YT have been good but this one is perfect. It's the exact tone and pitch that I love to hear while safely snuggled up in a blanket with a hot drink. Thank you for sharing this comforting sound.❤
