Thanks for the adveture I will never build a sail boat and go in the ocean. Build your own adventure is something that sticks to me. I miss my mother and father who died in 1981 and father in 2009 at 83 I'm only 55 and the last of 5 children they adopted. Take care stay strong in the oceans. P.s. my mother came from nova Scotia by train in 69 to have me . Bless her soul

I agree. Years ago, during the Covid pandemic, I felt the need to unsubscribe from a sailing channel when the skipper started making political comments. To be fair, I had been beginning to tire of it anyway, but the introduction of politics was the final straw.

Im trying to bring Him 'Back Home' as it were so too it was / is interesting to hear how another 'commentator' mention about the broken NHS. Hey Man getting over that Covid so quickly is wondeful. Thinking about a winch to assist with that halyard? Appears to take some serious effort. Great Video. I also find myself recharged after solo sailing for long periods. Hi mate, re covid. My dad is 87 dementia and a very bad heart. Had one astra Zeneca jab which cause a minor stroke 10 days later, he begged me not to have another one. Last year the nurisng home sent an email out for a covid vax clinic. Interestingky that would be his 6th if he had everyone they told him to have. Anyway, after that clinic there was an outbreak and he got covid. I thought “damn it i may have killed him” (ie i was pretty stressed) Well! He recovered in 3 days. Nil issues. Me? Im unvaxed and have never caught it despite being in close contact with 25 who had (eg in the auction box for hours with those around me ill). Im not anti medicine (id be dead without seeing my hematologist every 4 weeks) im anti shit product. Its my view if you eat right, wash your hands etc and do what grandma said eg get sun, vit C dont get over weight etc you can be over it pretty quick
