Just found this. I'm a geologist, worked in Wyoming around the time this was originally posted. I was looking for a way to show my kids my old work drives. This is amazing, thanks for posting, my kids are in awe of mom right now. Big thanks for posting your elevation as well, my kids got a geology lesson along with the view. Love to see the standard Wyoming road work is still in place. I love Wyoming so much and miss it, blizzards, road work, wind, and all.

Great drive! Great drive What if I tell you that I paid $350 US dollar in tolls for this year (2023)? If I didn't have PIKEPASS or E-ZPass, I would've pay about $610 US dollar in tolls. The reason it's a lot because live many next to E-ZPass states. For reference, I live in Tennessee and the next door E-ZPass states is Georgia, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
@AdventureswithtcsАй бұрын
Wow thats a lot of money in a year for tolls! I guess I'm lucky we don't have toll roads up here in Michigan!

It can get pretty bad but usually they shut the highway down when that happens. I wouldn’t worry about driving it in winter but I drive in snow all the time so I’m pretty used to it.

Great video! Do you have a preference between the 89 or 89A road to Page from Kanab? We are going there next week and was thinking of doing the entire loop for different views although 89A adds some time (but happy to drive extra if its worth it, all subjective i know)

Continuing in the suburbs in DuPage County, IL and bypass Chicago while driving south along I-294 in Cook County, IL and continue along I-94 back to your home state, Michigan.
